If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help with returns and refunds within our policy guidelines. 

Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a refund to original payment method, or 30 days for store credit returns. Refunds will be processed when item to be returned is received.

Conditions for Return
Items must be unused, unlit, and in the same condition you received them.
Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

What's Not Returnable (Exceptions)
Discounted or final sale items.
Personalized items

Refund/Exchange Options
Full Refund: To your original payment method (allow 3-5 business days processing time).
Store Credit: For items returned within 14-30 days or as an alternative.
Exchange: For items of equal or greater value (customer pays difference + shipping). 

How to Make a Return
Contact Us: Email manifestingmarsshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Item: Ship the item to PO Box 1795 Canora, Sk S0A 0L0. We recommend using a trackable, insured service as we aren't responsible for lost returns.
Processing: We'll inspect the item and process your refund/exchange within 3-5 business days of receipt. 
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty.
